📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and coordinate live streaming events, ensuring high-quality output and viewer engagement.
• Assist in the production and post-production of digital content, including video editing and graphics.
• Monitor and troubleshoot technical issues during live streams to maintain uninterrupted broadcasts.
• Collaborate with the team to plan and execute content calendars, ensuring timely delivery of content.
• Assist in the management of social media platforms, including scheduling posts and engaging with audiences.
• Support the operations team in managing event logistics, including venue setup, equipment, and attendee coordination.
• Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling, correspondence, and document management.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in live streaming and digital content production.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in live streaming, digital content production, or a related field.
• Proficient in using live streaming software such as OBS Studio, Wirecast, or similar tools.
• Experience with video editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
• Familiarity with graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team.
• Fluent in both English and Indonesian, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
