As an Importation Management Specialist at Digits Trading Corporation, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire import process, from documentation and customs clearance to logistics and inventory management. You will work closely with our team to ensure that our import operations run smoothly, and that we meet our clients' requirements and deadlines.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and oversee the entire import process, including documentation, customs clearance, and logistics.
• Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to ensure smooth and efficient import operations.
• Monitor and analyze import data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with import regulations, customs laws, and international trade standards.
• Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to understand client needs and requirements.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize import processes and reduce costs.
• Provide training and support to the import team to ensure high levels of performance and efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in import operations, logistics, or supply chain management.
• Proficient in using import management software, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Familiarity with international trade regulations, customs laws, and import procedures.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
