📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and oversee the company's accounting processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Indonesian GAAP and Japanese accounting standards.
• Lead the taxation function, ensuring timely and accurate filing of tax returns, and advising on tax planning strategies.
• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective financial management.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and laws, both Indonesian and Japanese.
• Manage the financial records and documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Provide financial support to the operations and other departments as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting and taxation, with a strong background in financial management.
• Professional certification in accounting or taxation, such as CPA, ACCA, or CMA.
