📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of the data center, ensuring 24/7 availability and reliability of critical infrastructure.
• Manage and maintain the 33KV power distribution system, including transformers, switchgear, and distribution boards.
• Monitor and optimize the cooling systems to maintain optimal temperature and humidity levels.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards, conducting regular inspections and audits.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams to schedule and execute preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Manage and maintain security systems, including access control, surveillance, and emergency protocols.
• Provide technical support and guidance to junior staff, ensuring the smooth operation of the facility.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address any operational challenges and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in data center operations, with a focus on 33KV power distribution systems.
• Certifications such as NECA, BICSI, or similar, demonstrating expertise in data center infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, including transformers, switchgear, and cooling systems.
• Proficient in using industry-standard tools and software, such as AutoCAD, ETAP, or similar.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays, to ensure 24/7 coverage.
