As an Event & Public Relations Specialist at Aesendia, you will be responsible for planning and executing a variety of events, from corporate gatherings to product launches. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement PR strategies that align with our business objectives. Utilizing tools like Hootsuite, Canva, and Eventbrite, you will ensure our events are seamless and our brand messaging is consistent and compelling.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Plan and execute a variety of events, including corporate gatherings, product launches, and networking events.
• Develop and implement PR strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
• Manage partnerships and collaborations to expand our reach and influence.
• Create and distribute press releases, media kits, and other promotional materials.
• Monitor and analyze event and PR performance using analytics tools.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure smooth event execution.
• Build and maintain relationships with key media outlets and influencers.
• Assist in the development of marketing campaigns and promotional activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in event management and public relations.
• Proven experience in planning and executing successful events and PR campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Creative and innovative thinker with a passion for storytelling.
• Fluent in English and Indonesian.
