As the Corporate Sustainability Director, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement and monitor our ESG initiatives. You will leverage your expertise in sustainability frameworks such as GRI, SASB, and TCFD to develop and communicate our sustainability performance. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement corporate sustainability strategies aligned with global best practices and local regulations.
• Lead the integration of ESG principles into business operations, supply chain, and stakeholder engagement.
• Monitor and report on sustainability performance using tools like SAP Sustainability Control Tower and other relevant software.
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement and communication to build a strong sustainability culture within the organization.
• Collaborate with senior management to embed sustainability into the company's strategic planning and decision-making processes.
• Stay updated with the latest sustainability trends and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
• Develop and manage sustainability training programs for employees at all levels.
• Partner with external consultants and advisors to enhance our sustainability capabilities and performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in corporate sustainability, with a proven track record in developing and implementing ESG strategies.
• Certifications in sustainability frameworks such as GRI, SASB, or TCFD are highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of environmental, social, and governance (ESG) principles and their integration into business strategies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience in a similar role within a multinational corporation is a plus.
