📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the company's debt collection process, ensuring that all outstanding debts are recovered efficiently and effectively.
• Work closely with the sales and finance teams to identify and resolve any credit issues.
• Use a range of tools and software, such as Salesforce and QuickBooks, to track and manage our debtors.
• Analyze and report on the company's credit resolution performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve the company's credit resolution process.
• Provide excellent customer service to our debtors, ensuring that they understand their financial obligations and the steps they can take to resolve any issues.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in credit resolution.
• Attend and participate in regular team meetings and training sessions.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a credit resolution or debt collection role.
