📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily store operations including opening and closing procedures,Ensure the store is well-stocked and organized,Provide excellent customer service and handle customer inquiries and complaints,Assist in merchandising and display of products,Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently,Monitor sales performance and report to the manager,Train and supervise junior staff members,Handle inventory management and restocking

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Shop Assistant or similar role,Proven track record of sales performance and customer satisfaction,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment,Basic knowledge of inventory management and POS systems,Familiarity with retail operations and processes,Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and procedures
