Tanggung Jawab:
Assess and evaluate patients' occupational performance and functional abilities.Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to improve patients' occupational performance and functional abilities.Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a variety of settings, including hospitals, clinics, and home health care.Educate patients and their families about occupational therapy and how it can help improve their quality of life.Monitor patients' progress and make adjustments to treatment plans as needed.Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for patients.Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in occupational therapy through continuing education and professional development.Participate in quality improvement initiatives and research projects to advance the field of occupational therapy.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.At least 5 years of experience in occupational therapy, with at least 2 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role.Registration as an Occupational Therapist with the relevant regulatory body in Indonesia.Strong clinical skills and knowledge of evidence-based practice.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Proven track record of success in developing and implementing treatment plans.Ability to stay up-to-date with the latest developments in occupational therapy through continuing education and professional development.🛠️ Keahlian
