📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Promote and sell medical products to healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, and other medical practitioners.,Conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences, and provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including doctors, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals.,Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to achieve targets and grow market share.,Provide training and support to junior medical representatives and other team members.,Monitor and report on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback.,Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional campaigns and initiatives.,Attend trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to network with key stakeholders and promote our products.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in medical sales or a related field.,Strong understanding of the medical industry and the ability to communicate complex information to healthcare professionals.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing market share.,Familiarity with medical products and the ability to provide technical support to customers.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
