In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our ERPNext and Microsoft 365 systems to ensure seamless operations and support for our business needs. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain ERPNext and Microsoft 365 systems to ensure optimal performance and security.,Develop and implement system improvements and enhancements to meet business requirements.,Provide technical support and training to employees on ERPNext and Microsoft 365.,Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate systems and improve workflows.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in ERP and Microsoft 365 technologies.,Ensure compliance with data protection and security regulations.,Lead and mentor junior staff in the Systems & Infrastructure team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,5+ years of experience in systems administration and infrastructure management.,Strong knowledge and experience with ERPNext and Microsoft 365.,Proven track record of managing and optimizing complex systems.,Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with cloud technologies and virtualization is a plus.
