Oversee the architectural coordination of luxury condominium projects, ensuring that all design elements are cohesive and meet the highest standards of quality.,Work closely with architects, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure that the architectural vision is translated into reality.,Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources, and ensure that all project deliverables are met.,Review and approve architectural drawings, specifications, and other project documentation.,Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and other project stakeholders to ensure that construction activities are carried out according to the approved design.,Ensure that all project activities comply with relevant building codes, regulations, and standards.,Provide technical support and guidance to junior staff members.,Participate in project meetings and presentations, and provide updates on project progress.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural coordination, preferably in the luxury residential sector.,Proven track record of delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.,Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and standards.,Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or other relevant architectural software.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.,Fluency in English is required, with Indonesian language skills being an advantage.
