Bright Shine Group is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Internal Auditor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting audits to ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in auditing and a keen eye for detail. This position offers a competitive salary and the opportunity to work remotely from Palembang.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and processes,Reviewing financial statements and records to ensure accuracy and compliance,Identifying areas for improvement and recommending corrective actions,Preparing and presenting audit reports to management and stakeholders,Assisting in the development and implementation of internal control policies,Collaborating with various departments to gather information and evidence,Ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies,Providing guidance and support to staff on internal control and compliance matters

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in internal auditing or a similar role,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations,Proficiency in using audit software and tools,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards and regulations
