📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws.,Oversee employee relations, including performance management, training, and development.,Handle employee benefits and compensation, ensuring fair and equitable practices.,Conduct regular audits of HR processes to identify areas for improvement.,Collaborate with management to address workplace issues and promote a positive work environment.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and documentation.,Coordinate with external partners, such as legal and payroll service providers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a remote or hybrid work environment.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with HR software and tools, such as BambooHR, Workday, or SAP SuccessFactors.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
