🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in a managerial role within the life sciences industry.
• Proven track record of leading and managing teams to successful project completion.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA, Asana, or Trello.
• Knowledge of data analysis tools such as Excel, SPSS, or R.
• Certification in project management (PMP, PRINCE2, or similar) is a plus.
