📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of assigned stores, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.,Develop and implement strategies to improve store performance and customer satisfaction.,Manage a team of store staff, providing training, coaching, and performance evaluations.,Monitor sales targets and implement strategies to achieve or exceed them.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers.,Participate in inventory management and ensure accurate stock levels.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, with a proven track record of success.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using retail management software and tools.,Understanding of sales and marketing principles.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian retail industry and market trends.
