PT Sri Wibawa is seeking a motivated and experienced Lead Purchasing Staff to join our team in Baturaja. As a Lead Purchasing Staff, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the purchasing activities to ensure the smooth operation of our supply chain. You will work closely with suppliers, internal teams, and other stakeholders to secure the best possible deals and maintain high-quality relationships.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the purchasing activities to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to secure the best possible deals.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders to maintain optimal stock levels.,Negotiate contracts and pricing with suppliers to ensure competitive and favorable terms.,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure that purchasing activities align with business needs and goals.,Monitor and analyze purchasing data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.,Provide guidance and support to junior purchasing staff as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in purchasing or supply chain management.,Strong knowledge of purchasing processes, procedures, and best practices.,Excellent negotiation and communication skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
