Village Direct Ekspansindo is looking for a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Jember. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. This is a hybrid role, allowing you to work both in the office and on-site at our restaurant.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage service.,Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and addressing any issues promptly.,Drive sales growth through effective marketing strategies and promotions.,Maintain food safety and quality standards, ensuring compliance with health regulations.,Manage and develop a team of restaurant staff, providing training and support.,Monitor and analyze sales and operational data to identify areas for improvement.,Ensure the restaurant is clean, organized, and welcoming to customers.,Handle customer complaints and feedback, resolving issues to the customer's satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a restaurant management role.,Strong knowledge of food and beverage service, including menu development and cost control.,Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the food service industry.,Ability to work both in the office and on-site at the restaurant.
