Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure efficient management of resources.
  • Lead and motivate the management team to achieve organizational goals.
  • Monitor financial performance and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Ensure the company adheres to all legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Drive innovation and continuous improvement in business processes.
  • Represent the company in high-profile events and meetings.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior management role.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing teams and driving business performance.
  • Strong strategic and analytical skills with a focus on financial management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in English and Indonesian.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
