• Develop and execute a comprehensive product portfolio strategy aligned with market trends and business objectives.
• Oversee the governance, visibility, readiness, and lifecycle management of the product portfolio.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product innovation and user-centricity.
• Define and implement product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with the overall business strategy.
• Monitor and analyze product performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning within the product team.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and investors.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to drive strategic initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in product management, portfolio management, or a similar role in the technology industry.
• Proven track record of successfully leading and managing product portfolios.
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product development tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Trello.
• Experience with data analysis tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
• Certification in Product Management (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner, Certified Agile Product Owner) is a plus.
