Club House Pererenan is seeking a dedicated Guest Experience & Reservations Coordinator to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring our guests have a memorable and enjoyable stay. You will be responsible for managing reservations, coordinating guest services, and maintaining high standards of guest satisfaction. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate all guest reservations and bookings.,Ensure a seamless check-in and check-out process for guests.,Coordinate with housekeeping, dining, and other departments to ensure guest needs are met.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date guest records and databases.,Handle guest inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.,Organize and promote special events and activities for guests.,Monitor and report on guest satisfaction and feedback.,Assist in the development and implementation of guest service policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in guest services, reservations, or a similar role in the hospitality industry.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Familiarity with reservation and guest management systems is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Passionate about providing exceptional guest experiences.
