We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Deputy Store Manager to join our team in Ubud, Bali. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing our retail operations and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and sales targets.,Train and mentor store staff to ensure high levels of customer service and product knowledge.,Implement and monitor marketing strategies to drive sales and customer engagement.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local regulations.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Manage store budget and financial performance, working closely with the finance team.,Foster a positive and productive work environment that aligns with the company's values.,Collaborate with the Store Manager to achieve overall store objectives and targets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a similar role.,Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers and staff.,Proficient in using retail management software and point-of-sale systems.,Familiarity with local market trends and consumer behavior in Bali.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
