PT Optima Mega is seeking a dedicated Deputy Demi Chef to join our team in Magetan, Jawa Timur. In this role, you will assist the Demi Chef in preparing and executing food services, ensuring high-quality meals are served to our customers. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cooking and a commitment to delivering excellent service. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of Rp 7.000.000 – Rp 8.000.000 per month.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Demi Chef in preparing and cooking meals according to recipes and standards.,Ensure all food is prepared and served in a timely manner.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace.,Follow health and safety regulations in the kitchen.,Assist in inventory management and ordering of food supplies.,Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.,Participate in training and development programs for staff.,Assist in maintaining a positive and productive work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Demi Chef or similar role.,Knowledge of Indonesian and international cuisine.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Strong communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.,Ability to follow food safety and hygiene standards.,Basic computer skills for inventory management.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new recipes and techniques.
