📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the planning and execution of civil engineering projects, including site inspections, material procurement, and quality control.
• Support HR processes such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee development.
• Conduct research and analysis to support engineering and HR decisions.
• Prepare reports and presentations to communicate project progress and HR initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
