📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Oversee staff scheduling, training, and performance management.,Implement and enforce company policies and procedures.,Monitor sales performance and develop strategies to meet targets.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Maintain accurate inventory records and order stock as needed.,Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual reports.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure store goals are met.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail management role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proficient in using retail management software.,Familiarity with inventory management and sales techniques.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Knowledge of Indonesian retail industry is a plus.
