📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Oversee inventory management, including stock control, ordering, and replenishment.,Train and mentor store staff to maintain high standards of service and sales.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet or exceed targets.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Conduct regular store audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Assist in the development and implementation of marketing and promotional activities.,Collaborate with the store manager to achieve overall business objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proven ability to manage a team and motivate staff.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Familiarity with retail software and POS systems is a plus.,Knowledge of Indonesian market trends and consumer behavior.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
