Overseeing the daily operations and ensuring the smooth functioning of the section.,Leading and motivating the team to achieve operational goals and targets.,Monitoring and analyzing operational performance to identify areas for improvement.,Developing and implementing strategies to enhance operational efficiency and productivity.,Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Managing the section's budget and resources effectively.,Fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.,Providing guidance and support to team members to help them grow professionally.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within a similar organization.,Proven track record of managing teams and driving operational excellence.,Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with HRIS and other operational management tools.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
