📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee daily cashier operations to ensure accuracy and efficiency.,Provide exceptional customer service to patients and visitors.,Handle financial transactions and maintain accurate records.,Assist in the management of clinic inventory and supplies.,Coordinate with the clinic staff to ensure smooth operations.,Train and mentor junior cashiers and staff.,Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and policies.,Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a cashier or similar role, preferably in a healthcare setting.,Strong knowledge of financial transactions and accounting principles.,Excellent communication and customer service skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.,Proficiency in using computer software and financial systems.,High school diploma or equivalent, with additional certifications preferred.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Experience in a healthcare or clinic environment is a plus.
