📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth running of the store.,Manage and mentor a team of store assistants to achieve sales targets.,Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock management.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively.,Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.,Participate in training and development programs for store staff.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the retail industry.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Familiarity with retail operations and customer service best practices.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
