PT Kreasi Unggul is seeking a dedicated and experienced IT Support professional to join our team in Badung. This is an immediate opportunity for someone who is passionate about technology and providing excellent customer service.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our employees and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure. You will work closely with our IT team to resolve technical issues and implement new technologies.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Provide technical support to employees and users.

Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and software.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.

Monitor and maintain network and server performance.

Implement and manage security measures.

Stay up-to-date with the latest technological advancements and trends.

Provide training and support to new employees.

Work with the IT team to implement new technologies and systems.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support.

Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software.

Familiarity with network and server technologies.

Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Strong communication and customer service skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Familiarity with IT security best practices.
