📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Outlet Manager in managing daily operations and ensuring smooth service delivery.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and empathy.,Support the inventory management process, including ordering and stock control.,Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work environment.,Help with the preparation and presentation of food items to ensure high-quality service.,Support the team in maintaining health and safety standards in the workplace.,Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation related to outlet operations.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of outlet strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role in the restaurant industry is preferred.,Knowledge of basic inventory management and customer service skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with using basic office software and tools.,Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
