📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the lead instructor in planning and delivering training programs.,Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance the skills of our staff.,Develop and update training materials to ensure they are relevant and effective.,Monitor the progress of trainees and provide feedback to improve performance.,Collaborate with the HR team to align training programs with organizational goals.,Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant feedback.,Support the lead instructor in evaluating the effectiveness of training programs.,Promote a positive and inclusive learning environment for all participants.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development or a similar role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to design and deliver engaging training sessions.,Proficiency in using training management software.,Experience in working with diverse groups and cultures.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture.,Willingness to travel for training activities as required.
